Renovations are finished and we now have 2 active treatment rooms. There is no reception area so please to not come into the clinic until a few minutes before your appointment time. Please use hushed quite voices and turn off your cell phone as other treatment maybe in progress.

Please note that when using the online booking system we may need to adjust the start time by 15-30min to avoid unusable gaps and accommodate more people, if you CAN NOT be flexible with your start time please leave us a message in the “Notes” box that is provided when booking

24hr cancellation policy to avoid treatment fees, 1st cancellation without 24hr notice will be waived as a courtesy (everyone has experienced sudden illness and family emergencies), 2nd time will be charged 50% of treatment fee, 3rd will be charged full price.

Initial Appointment

Initial massage therapy appointment for new clients.
Appointment times include 5 Steps:
1) Administration
2) Assessment
3) Evaluation
4) Massage
5) Patient Education


Subsequent Appointment

Follow up massage therapy appointments for existing clients.
Add a paraffin wax treatment to hands or feet for $20, both for $30. Paraffin is used in the treatment of arthritis, carpal tunnel, chronic tendonitis, and can assist in increasing blood circulation, soothing aches and pains.​


Prenatal, Postpartum & Pediatrics/Infants

Initial & Subsequent Appointments
We have 2 sets of pregnancy pillows to fit and adjust to different body types and baby bumps. Pillows have belly and breast wells/cut outs that allow client to lay face down during massage.
Infant massage with or without parental involvement.
Paediatric appointments are for kids under 10yrs. Older kids should book 30 or 45min massage.

Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009, Rachelle has worked in various collaborative clinical environments in Vancouver and Victoria. She has a general focus in her clinical practice, and welcomes patients from all walks of life. In each treatment session, her primary focus is on individual treatment design, based on the personal needs and goals of each patient. Her massage style can be described as deep and intuitive, while remaining within the context of relaxation. You can expect some general Swedish techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization and passive stretching. She also offers each patient a healthy dose of self-care advice, in order for them to maintain optimal mobility and function between treatments.

Marlise is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC. She grew up in Langley but moved to Central Saanich in 2012 after quickly falling in love with Vancouver Island. She finds enjoyment in helping educate people about their bodies and movement. Marlise believes that it is important to create a personalized treatment plan that reflects individual goals and allows clients to get back to being their best self. Marlise grew up with a strong passion for health and fitness and continues to pursue that passion with her love of hiking, mountain biking, and strength training. Although Marlise has completed massage school, she believes it is important to continue learning and keeping up to date in the changes within the medical field. She plans to further her education in chronic pain management, mental health, and techniques such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage, The Graston Technique, and Craniosacral Therapy.

Jennie is a graduate of the West Collage of Massage Therapy here in Victoria BC, she completed the 3000 hour massage therapy program in 2010 and has been practicing in Victoria since. Jennie has worked at several different clinic environments, gaining experience and appreciation for alternative health care. Jennie demonstrates not only knowledge and passion for the human body but a true understanding of holistic health. She feels comfortable having in-scope discussions about exercise, nutrition and recommends other professionals, when necessary. Jennie’s treatments are generally deep tissue but she also has a softer side to accommodate relaxation, prenatal/postnatal and infant massage. Jennie has found success in treating everything from scar tissue release, chronic and acute injuries, to abdomen massage for constipation and IBS symptoms. Jennie has completed continuing education classes in pelvic floor dysfunction, orthopaedic treatment of the shoulder and pelvic girdles, Yammuna ball rolling (using balls to release myofascial adhesions). In the future she is hoping to continue her education in scar release with the focus on c-sections, mastectomy and problematic post operative scar tissue. Jennie balances her life as a mom & clinic owner with Iyengar yoga, hiking, camping, fishing and gardening.
