I’ve always been fascinated by anatomy and human movement. An exercise science class in high school, along with my love of weightlifting, sparked a passion for understanding how our bodies perform, recover, and heal. This interest led me to study Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph, where I also worked as a personal trainer and became more aware of the pain many people live with day to day. Wanting to continue down the path of rehabilitation, I went on to the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where I spent four years learning to assess and treat the body as a whole. I love that no two patients are ever the same, and that each body is a unique puzzle to solve. Mentoring under one of the Academy’s professors helped refine my approach to care, allowing me to work more effectively with all layers of the body. I enjoy exploring each person’s unique story and identifying the root cause of their discomfort. Recently, my husband and I moved to Victoria BC with our dog, Charlie, and I’m excited to be getting to know this community. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, weight training, and relaxing with a coffee and a good thriller. In my treatments, you can expect to gain a better understanding of what’s happening in your body, along with a clear plan for how we’ll work together to reduce strain on the structures causing discomfort. My approach is gentle, non-invasive, and focused on helping you move more freely with less pain.

Kianna graduated from the Camosun College Massage Therapy program in 2021 with academic distinction. Her practice is centered to support active lifestyles through patient centered, evidence-informed care.

Over the past four years, Kianna has worked as both an RMT and med team with Crankworx Joyride athletes in Whistler, supporting elite mountain bikers through high-impact competition. She also spent two years working with international Rugby 7s teams—including contracted roles with Australia and Fiji—providing treatment during sport and recovery.

Outside the clinic, Kianna is a volunteer firefighter where she loves to be involved in technical rescue and community outreach events. During the winter she spends her time skiing as a volly ski patroller at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. A lifelong athlete herself, she’s competed in fastpitch softball and snowboarding, and brings that same dedication and empathy to her work with clients.

Kianna has additional training in sports and pregnancy massage, and a special interest in injury rehabilitation and post-surgical recovery. Her goal is simple: to help people stay active—whether that means returning to sport, work, or simply doing what they love without pain.

Maegan graduated from the 3,000 hour program at the Vancouver West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005 and she moved to Victoria in 2015. She has a broad skill set including Visceral (organ) Manipulation, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Fascial and Myofascial Therapy and Joint Mobilization. Maegan is particularly passionate about Visceral Manipulation and scar tissue treatment.

Maegan does not use oil or do full body massage.

Organ restrictions and adhesions can contribute to, or be the cause of, musculoskeletal pain. This type of limitation can restrict range of motion, and can cause issues with the organs functions. Maegan uses her training to release adhesions and therefore aide the body to return to balance.

Maegan has many years of experience and training with breast and top surgeries, abdominal surgeries, and joint replacement. As well, internal scar tissue from car accidents, head injuries, digestive disorders and pregnancy. Her scar tissue treatment uses a combination of Fascial Therapy, movement and Visceral Manipulation. These treatments can help decrease pain, itching, pulling and restrictions in ranges of motion.

Maegan offers direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross, Greenshields and those extended health plans covered under the Telus Health Portal, which include Canada Life.

Jennie is a graduate of the West College of Massage Therapy here in Victoria BC, she completed the 3000-hour massage therapy program in 2010 and has been practicing in Victoria since. Jennie has worked at several different clinic environments, gaining experience and appreciation for alternative health care. Jennie demonstrates not only knowledge and passion for the human body but a true understanding of holistic health. She feels comfortable having in-scope discussions about exercise, and nutrition and recommends other professionals, when necessary. Jennie’s treatments are generally deep tissue but she also has a softer side to accommodate relaxation, prenatal/postnatal and infant massage. Jennie has found success in treating everything from scar tissue release, and chronic and acute injuries, to abdomen massage for constipation and IBS symptoms. Jennie has completed continuing education classes in pelvic floor dysfunction, orthopedic treatment of the shoulder and pelvic girdles, Yammuna ball rolling (using balls to release myofascial adhesions).
